Refund policy

PLEASE NOTE! Returns and exchanges are not supported if you ordered the wrong size, or color, or simply changed your mind. Also, colors may vary slightly due to lighting, photography, and monitor settings. Such variations do not qualify as defects and are not eligible for return.

However, in case of a damaged product or a manufacturing error, we offer a free replacement or a refund if you contact us within 30 days of product delivery. Please get in touch with us at info@rockmeprints.com or in chat on the website and provide a clear photo showing the issue. Also, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. 

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

In case of an unsuccessful delivery, you can opt for either a replacement with an extra charge or a partial refund. For DTG products, there is a tolerance of 0.5" for print placement, meaning that minor variations in the placement of the print will not be considered as defects.
